Our batch oven line includes forced convection ovens, pass-through ovens, inert atmosphere ovens, HEPA filtered ISO Class 5 clean room ovens and Class A ovens. Applications include die bond curing for wafer level packaging of semiconductors, polyimide curing, magnetic annealing, drying, sterilizing, aging, reliability testing, wafer-level burn-in and other process critical procedures.

For high-volume, repeatable applications, Despatch continuous ovens offer conveyor widths from 46 to 91 centimeters with electric or gas heat.

Qmax High Performance Reach In Oven

The Qmax Series High Performance Reach-in forced-convection oven is specifically designed to meet the frequent air changes and tight temperature uniformity required of the ASTM 5423 Type I & Type II oven specification. These ovens can be used for applications such as thermal evaluation of electrical insulating materials, testing, aging, curing, drying, sterilizing and other thermal applications where tight temperature uniformity is required.

Series 900 Benchtop Temperature Chamber
The 900 Series Benchtop Temperature Chambers are designed for high and low temperatur
e simulation where high performance and close temperature tolerance are required. The units are ideal for small lot qualification testing, burn-in, life test, temperature cycling or research and development. All 900 Series are bench models designed for continuous use with ease of operation and maintenance in mind.

LBB Forced Convection Oven

The Despatch LBB Forced convection oven features a combination of horizontal and vertical airflow that offers excellent temperature uniformity at a moderate price. It is recommended for a variety of laboratory and production applications including drying, curing, annealing and materials testing.


LAC High Performance Oven
The LAC bench-top oven features horizontal recirculating airflow and exceptional temperature uniformity. The result is proven reliability in demanding production and laboratory applications, such as curing, drying, sterilizing, aging, and other process-critical procedures. The high-performance oven delivers temperatures up to 260ºC (500ºF).

LCC and LCD Stackable Clean Process Ovens

For production environment processes where minimal contamination is essential, the LCC and LCD Series ovens offer the highest standards in HEPA filtration. Re-circulated airflow is 100% HEPA filtered for operation at ISO Class 5 (Class 100) or better within the oven chamber. Also available in a non-HEPA filter option LLC and LLD models. Typical applications for these ovens include die-bond curing and other semiconductor packaging processes, depyrogenation, sterilization and drying for life sciences. These units are stackable to save valuable floor space and provide maximum ergonomic efficiency for operators

SD Depyrogenation and Sterilization Oven

Designed to meet the stringent requirements of the pharmaceutical and medical device industry, these ovens are available in different configurations to meet specific temperature and cycle requirements. The ovens specialize in short cycle times which allow users more production per shift, more efficient operations and lower operating costs..
